Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No auto-renewal

Kidling Premium plans are one-time prepaid payments. They are never renewed or charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future payments — your plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for.

2. Cancellation

You can stop using Premium at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. When we give a full refund

• Within 7 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied, for a first-time purchase on your account.
• If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged but Premium was not activated.
• If a technical problem on our side stops Premium from working and we cannot fix it within 72 hours of your report.

Outside these cases, payments for plans already in use are not refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email kidlingrhymes@gmail.com or use our contact form with your registered mobile number and Razorpay payment ID (shown in your payment confirmation). We respond within 2 working days.

5. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the credit. Premium access ends when the refund is issued.
